We have been contracted by several specialty engineering firms over the last 5 years to design/build custom refrigeration systems. The purpose of the cold lab is to keep deep seawater samples at a very static temperature for being brought to surface for study.
We have done a total of 5 of these. Each one is unique and has very challenging aspects. We are registered with and have invested over 100k in research and development for these units.
The cold lab is a specialty lab, in that it has been designed for a specific purpose. It functions as a
refrigerated/freezer laboratory space. It has some of the standard features such as white and red lights, window light blanking plates, and laboratory-grade flooring.
The van is intended to have accurate and stable temperature control for the processing of science samples. The area of the van shall be thermostatically controlled between 0deg C (32deg F) and 10deg C (50deg F). Once the temperature is set, it shall be capable of maintaining an internal temperature accuracy of +/-1deg C with a maximum outside temperature of 38deg C (100deg F), and a minimum outside temperature of 0deg C (32deg F).

I have a small restaurant in Langley City, The Raving Gamer Bistro. Since the recent power outage we had on Dec 10th, I had an issue with my Captive Aire Kitchen Ventilation system and MUA. The MUA was not working and we had to keep our kitchen doors open to keep airflow happening. Needless to say we have been freezing for a couple of weeks, and we had no luck with other companies coming to fix the problem. No one could schedule a tech to come out. I called Josh Susser and 3 hours later we had a tech out to fix the issue. and only 2 hours to diagnose, fix and clean my unit. We are now warm in the kitchen and won't freeze because someone couldn't schedule a tech. The Tech was great, knowledgeable on our system and did a great job with the repair and explaining our problem. Super happy with the work and quick response. I recommend M&T for any commercial job!

Very happy with the services and how efficiently they work from booking appointments, arriving on time to doing the actual work. I had someone else look at our AC in the past and they were not able to fix it, but M&T crew was able to identify and fix the problem in the spot. Highly recommend!
